I stopped in for a *.**$ fill-up at *:** p.m. on New year's Even Night. They were out of dark meat. The cashier was afraid to take my order because he didn't know what was left and the cook had a very bad attitude. I'm standing at the register waiting at least * mins.for someone to take my order. I then asked for the Manager to take my order and by this time I'm a little discouraged. I then explain to the manager that every time I stop there you'll are out of something on this shift. He didn't try to fix the problem and didn't care about losing a customer. He thought it was easiest to refuse me service by asking me to leave than try and fix the problem. The customer service is awful from employees and management. This store is always out of dark meat on the second shift long before closing time. The drive-thu is ridiculously slow every time I stop and the wait time is **min. or longer. (K. F.C. on St. Augustine St. Valdosta Ga. - Manager Julius McCoggle)
