Dear KFC Corporate Headquarters,*We had a terrible meal a few weeks ago at our local KFC here in Speedway, Indiana. We called to voice our concerns*comments and the manager took our name and assured us that we would be taken care of the next time we came in. As far as we were concerned, there was not going to be a next time. However, we trusted that the managers word was good and she promised to make it right if we gave them another chance. *So tonight we attempted to go through the drive through and have KFC for dinner. We told them of our past experience and that our name should have been jotted down somewhere because our food was to be replaced. Then, as I just KNEW would happen, and it did, they had no recollection of our visit nor could she find our name written anywhere. But the BIGGEST issue I had with this evening's visit was the fact that the "manager" (she stated she was one of three, but not the GM) couldn't have cared LESS. This store is in dire need of a complete employee overhaul. Everyone in it is either rude or has a look on their face like they hate the world.*Anyway, I would really just like to get the meal replaced (that the "manager" offered to us when I called about my bad experience the last time I was there) or I would be happy to simply just be refunded at this point. It's really kind of depressing, honestly...going there to order food. It's just a bunch of very unhappy people. It's sad because we very much enjoy KFC but we have Popeye's & Church's that are just as close.
