I have had multiple limited edition juuls stop working on me. from gold to red to turquoise and now my blue special edition juul is completely dead no charging or anything it just fried itself when I put it on the charger that's an OEM juul charger. This was a limited edition item and now they want me to send it back and then they will send me a basic silver one.* So now I have to wait for the post service to arrive with the box then wait for it to arrive back and then back to me. And I won't even get the blue juul I was so loyally a member for. * You guys had a clause that would have charged me ** dollars if I didn't keep my auto-ship going for a period of time, yet cannot even replace my limited edition juul with another, not can you guys even give me a different type of limited edition one to make up for the issue. send me a red one that's fine, I loved the blue but I just need a working juul but feel like I'm being cheated being sent a basic silver one. Please just replace my juul without all this hassle I been shopping and have had an account with juul since **** and spend a lot of money. Can you at least replace my limited edition juul with some type of consolation if you can't get the blue one?*Thanks*Best Regards,*Joshua Marram
