This is the third time I have experienced leaking pods right after opening the package. Given the cost of juul pods, I expect each one to be worth it. Dealing with this issue three times in the past two months, I want to bring this to the team's attention. While the juul has been instrumental in helping me quit smoking, if pod leaks persist, it's not a good value for the money. Receiving a pack to address these issues would be appreciated. I understand this might not be a unique problem. Additionally, my age verification failed on the website despite providing correct information. I am of the proper age. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Have a great day.

Yesterday, I tried to sign up on juul.com for the first time. I followed the steps by uploading pictures of my California driver's license and a recent headshot as requested. Despite being 65 years old, I received a message saying my age could not be verified. I have tried reaching out to customer service online for help on how to proceed but have not had any luck. How can I prove that I am well over 21 years old to be able to complete my order?

After extensive research, I opted to purchase a Juul from a local authorized retailer listed on the Juul website with their store locator. Unfortunately, the retailer did not have the starter kit with 4 different pod flavors, so I bought a Silver Starter kit and a pack of 4 pods. I chose Virginia Tobacco over Classic Menthol initially but was disappointed with the flavor. Despite trying different suggestions for puff sizes, I still don't like the Virginia flavor. The retailer doesn't offer returns or refunds, but I hope to receive the menthol flavor as a replacement or a voucher for a single pod. I was eager to use my new Juul, but I can't until I get a different flavor. I'm a bit disappointed and hesitate to purchase another pack of pods without knowing how the menthol will taste.

I recently purchased two Juul Kits, and while the Juul devices themselves are fine, I have noticed that the Juul Pods taste unpleasant, almost like mold or a strange flavor I can't quite place. I have been vaping for over four years, and this taste is very off-putting as I wanted to introduce vaping to a friend who tried it for the first time. I would like to request replacements for the pods that came with both kits I purchased last week. Specifically, I would need two sets of the 4-pack with different flavors from the Juul pod kits. My name is Sherry W.

I've been experiencing persistent problems with the Crème Brulee pods leaking, but this time it's the worst issue I've encountered since switching to Juul 8 months ago. As an auto-ship customer, when I used the Crème Brulee pod during my lunch break, it leaked profusely, almost like drinking through a straw with all the juice flowing out. The first pod I used this morning is already 3/4 empty, whereas it typically lasts me 2-3 days. I could feel the liquid on my lips and when I wiped my mouth, there was a significant puddle of juice on my finger. Nearly a quarter of the pod juice spilled from one draw of the device. I've changed my next month's order to Mango pods instead of Crème Brulee, but this situation is unacceptable. Despite multiple complaints about the leaking issue, it seems to be worsening. Spending $17 on 4 pods that leak excessively without delivering a satisfying puff is truly disappointing. After swapping the leaking pod with another from the pack, I encountered the same problem with all pods. I even tried the third and fourth pods, but they also leaked. If they can't resolve the leaking problem, it would be best to discontinue the Crème Brulee pods altogether as it doesn't seem safe to ingest the liquid when it doesn't vaporize properly.

I have been a loyal customer of Juul for almost two years, and I am disappointed with the recent changes in the company. While I initially wanted to commend Juul for helping me quit smoking, I am now concerned that I might relapse due to the unavailability of my favorite mango pods. The recent price increase and shortage of mango pods have made it challenging for me to continue using Juul products. Furthermore, my last purchase of mango pods for $26.00+ resulted in two broken and leaking pods, which was frustrating considering the high price. As a college student, I cannot afford to spend so much on pods, especially ones that were originally introduced to prevent minors from using them. I understand the need for changes, but I hope that Juul can address these issues to retain customers like me who value their products. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my feedback.

I bought a 4-pack of pods, but 3 out of 4 leaked within 3 hours of using them. I can tell it's a leak because of the juice inside and outside the pod. The leaking made vape juice go into my mouth unexpectedly. I contacted support, and they sent a replacement 2-pack when I originally bought 4. Unfortunately, these replacements leak even more. Please send me a new pack that isn't defective. I enjoy using Juul, but lately, the quality seems to be lacking.

Hello, I have been a devoted Juul fan for a year and truly enjoy your product. Lately, I have experienced a recurring issue with every pack of pods I purchase - they all seem to have at least one leaking pod, sometimes even up to three or four. Recently, I bought a pack that had four leaking pods - this has become quite frustrating for me. In one instance, I found a half-empty pod had leaked all its content into the device, rendering it unusable after I replaced the pod. I have refrained from complaining previously, but with this ongoing problem, I felt compelled to bring it to your attention. I buy my pods from various places in Toronto, so I don't believe it's a mishandling issue at a single retailer. I'm not sure what resolution I am seeking, but I thought it was important to inform your team about my experience to see if anything can be done. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am a loyal supporter and active subscriber, but I have been disappointed with the recent devices I have purchased. I have had to invest in three devices because two of them have unexpectedly stopped working. Despite showing signs of charging and indication lights, they fail to function properly when used. Initially, I assumed it was only the first faulty device, but the subsequent one is displaying the same problem. I have attempted to resolve the issue by cleaning the contacts and changing to new pods, but it has not helped. Is this a deliberate strategy of planned obsolescence to force me to buy replacements, or are these simply defective products? Dealing with this recurring problem is hindering my ability to use and advocate for your products. I am open to sending the devices back as this recurring issue is beyond coincidental. Please provide guidance.

I purchased mint Juul pods from Exxon expecting them to have clear juice, but to my disappointment, all 4 pods were yellow/brown and burnt. The first pod was leaking, and although the second one seemed fine, I'm hesitant to use it. I paid $21 for the pack and Exxon refused a refund. I've been a Juul user for a year and this experience is very upsetting. I would appreciate a replacement pack of mint pods or a refund of $21.

I have been using Juul products for the past two years and they have helped me quit smoking, for which I am grateful. However, I have noticed issues with the devices and pods I've purchased in the last year. Despite trying different troubleshooting methods, these problems persist. While I have registered for warranties on some products, many of my devices are now non-functional, including a red Juul which I paid a premium price for. This situation is disappointing and frustrating as no other vape has been as effective in helping me stay away from cigarettes. I hope to find a resolution as I do not want to switch to a different product or revert to smoking.

I have been trying to contact someone through the Juul website's support section but I keep getting directed to a replacement request. I have a monthly subscription for Juul pods, and though we usually don't have issues, this month I ordered 15 packs but received 30 2-pod packs instead of 15 4-pod packs. Upon opening, many pods were leaking or not functioning properly. This has been a disappointing experience for us, as we have been loyal Juul users for a while now. I hope this can be resolved promptly due to my upcoming travel plans.

I tried contacting customer service, but I'm unable to access the serial number on my device due to a protective skin I've had on it since I bought it. This skin holds sentimental value as it helped me quit smoking six months ago. I'm in a tight financial situation, having recently left my job and struggling to afford Juul pods. I've experienced leaking issues with the last few packs, about two pods per pack, and I have receipts from my recent purchases but can't provide the serial number. Is there an alternative way for me to receive assistance with this problem?

I purchased a pack of 5% Virginia tobacco pods, and two of them were a different dark yellow color, which I found odd. When I vaped them, they leaked, causing a burn on my lower lip, and some liquid got into my mouth, possibly even swallowing some. A day later, my throat is hurting. I have both pods in a plastic bag, and the oil is leaking out and looks completely different from the usual clear liquid of Virginia tobacco. I am concerned and may share a photo if needed. I adore your product and this issue has never occurred before.

I purchased a starter kit with a case and a pack of mango pods. Unfortunately, 3 out of 4 starter pods leaked, causing my Juul to stop working. I bought a new starter kit and tried the mango pods, with the first two being great. However, the last two had no juice inside. Now, all 4 new starter pods have leaked into my Juul, rendering it useless. I am currently trying the rice method in hopes of fixing it. I've spent $[redacted] and only 3 out of 12 pods have worked, along with neither of the Juuls. The case is the only part holding up. I am unsure of what to do next. I don't want to spend more money on something that may not work. The juice also tastes bad and leaves a greasy residue in my mouth. Despite hearing good things about Juul, my experience has been disappointing. I would rate this product less than one star out of five.

I recently purchased mango pods from a 7-Eleven near my house and was surprised to find that they charged me $30 instead of $15.99. Unfortunately, I only noticed the price difference after receiving my receipt, and the clerk informed me that juul pods are non-refundable. The pods I bought didn't taste right, indicating they might have been old. I am disappointed with this experience and the customer service at 7-Eleven. I have been advised to reach out to juul for assistance in resolving this issue. I am hoping to at least be reimbursed for the excess amount I paid, considering the poor quality of the product I received.

Dear Customer Service, I recently bought a Juul device and 5.0 pods at Walgreens, but found them too harsh. I then got 3.0% pods from a smoke shop, but they were still too strong. I usually smoke Marlboro Light 100s. I've spent nearly $[redacted] on your products and I'm very dissatisfied. Can you advise on what I should do? This has been a stressful and costly purchase decision. Thank you, Tammy Brown-Klein.

I bought my black Juul in January [redacted] from a gas station on Long Island. It worked well at first, but recently I encountered some issues. Three nights ago, after inserting a new pod, I found it had leaked about 75% overnight due to a faulty pod. This was frustrating as I bought it directly from the Juul website. Despite cleaning the battery and ensuring it charges, it no longer produces vapor. Moreover, my warranty code seems to have been used already, preventing me from registering it. I would greatly appreciate it if the company could provide me with a replacement, especially since the Juul was working fine until the faulty pod was used. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been a smoker for 21 years and have been cigarette-free for 3 weeks now thanks to Juul. Although I believe it is a great way to quit smoking, I have encountered issues with the pods. I have purchased 3 packs with 4 pods each and I had to throw away one whole pack due to liquid getting into my mouth despite smoking them gently. When I turn the pod upside down, the liquid freely runs out. I have been using mint and menthol, which are not cheap, but I am having problems with some of the pods. I wonder if this will be a recurring issue. I have friends and family using other brands like Alto and Blue without any problems. I prefer the size of Juul, but the liquid leakage is frustrating and costly. Changing to a different type would be an added expense that I want to avoid. Just venting my frustration. Thank you.
