Hello, my girlfriend is a Juul user. Unfortunately, she prefers the creme brûlée pods, which are not available in our town or the surrounding areas. When I find them in other towns where I am working, I buy them for her. Today, I bought her a couple of packs at a Citgo gas station in Mansfield, MA. However, she mentioned that they tasted awful and were a different color than usual. Upon inspection, I noticed the pods and packaging seemed different from genuine Juul products. I suspect this gas station might be selling counterfeit pods. I spent $42 on them, and now she's using pods of questionable quality. It's frustrating not being able to prove that they sold me fake products, but I thought I should bring this to your attention to investigate. Thank you, Steve.

I have experienced issues with several limited edition Juul devices - from gold, red, and turquoise to my latest blue special edition Juul, which is now completely non-functional. When I attempted to charge it with the original Juul charger, the device malfunctioned. Instead of resolving this, Juul is asking me to return it and be replaced with a standard silver device. This is frustrating since I was looking forward to using my unique blue Juul. Despite being a loyal customer since [redacted] and spending a significant amount of money, I am disappointed with the lack of appropriate resolution. Rather than receiving a simple replacement, I expected to either receive a different limited edition Juul or some form of compensation. In this situation, receiving a red Juul would suffice, as my priority is to have a properly functioning device without further delays. I hope Juul can address this issue promptly and provide a more suitable solution. Thank you. Warm regards, JM.

I smoke socially, so I typically have around 10 cigarettes per week. Recently, I purchased a Juul to help me quit altogether. In the UK, each pod contains 20mg of nicotine. Despite using the pod infrequently for two evenings, it ran out quickly. I'm unsure if this is normal due to my light usage and I'm concerned it may be a faulty batch. Also, I'm curious about the nicotine levels in the UK compared to the U.S. standards. Online, it mentions cigarettes having about 12mg of nicotine, leading me to believe that one 20mg pod is equivalent to just under two cigarettes. However, some sources claim that 20mg provides up to [redacted] puffs, which made me wonder if I might be overusing it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello, I am seeking clarification on the leak policy for Juul pods. Is it normal for every pack to leak, causing damage to my device and leaving a sticky residue on my fingers and lips from the nicotine juice? I have encountered this issue with the last 20 packs I purchased and wanted to confirm if this is intentional. Additionally, I would like to inquire if Juul plans to increase the price of the pods further. I find it satisfying to receive less value for the products I purchase. It might be helpful to include a pack of latex gloves with the pods to prevent the nicotine juice from coating my fingers every time I handle the pod. I am disappointed with the quality of the product and believe improvements are necessary.

Hello, I have received mint Juul pods in the past, and the last pack I bought had a very dark caramel color instead of the usual clear color. It's not just a one-time thing, and I've talked to other users who have experienced the same issue. I find it strange that the pods can vary so much in color even though they should contain the same chemicals. The dark-colored pods taste terrible, like harsh, burnt chemicals, and it's disappointing to have to throw them out after spending good money on them. I've tried them in both of my Juuls, and the taste is consistently bad, ruling out a device issue. I'm hoping to either get a refund or replacement pods, but I'd really like to know why this color and taste discrepancy happens. I appreciate any insight on this matter. Thank you for your attention.

I recently received my auto shipment, expecting 6 4-pack mango pods, but instead, I received 12 2-pack mango boxes. Unfortunately, nearly every pod has leaked significantly, rendering them unusable. I initially thought the issue was with my Juul device, but after trying some leftover pods from the 4-packs I ordered a week prior, I encountered no problems. Upon closer inspection, I noticed a difference between the 4-pack and 2-pack pods on the bottom where they connect - the 4-pack pods have a small square that the 2-pack pods lack. While I'm unsure if this discrepancy causes the leaks, I would prefer to only receive the 4-pack pods going forward, as I had never encountered this issue with them before. I still have several boxes of the 2-pack pods remaining, but they are not worth using due to the leaking issue. Please investigate this matter and consider discontinuing the 2-pack pods in my shipments. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am writing in regards to the delivery issue with my Juul pods. I have documented the problem through 8-10 photos showing the box my pods arrived in, the damaged Juul pods box, and the opened Juul pod pouches. My order of 4 packs of mango pods arrived compromised, and I fear that the integrity of each pack has been affected. As a loyal Juul customer, I am disappointed by this experience. The crushed pods are a concern as they may leak into the battery, potentially causing damage and health issues. I would appreciate discussing this matter further via email or phone to find a resolution. I am prepared to share the photos for reference.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with the pod replacements. I am subscribed to receiving 6-4 pod packs regularly. However, in the last two shipments, I received 12-2-packs instead. Initially, I thought there was an error in sending too many, but unfortunately, the 2-pod packs I received have had leakage issues. While the 4-packs have always been fine, the 2-packs have leaked fluid onto my tongue, which is an unpleasant experience. I simply wanted to bring this to your attention, not to criticize but to highlight the difference in quality between the two types of pod packs. I appreciate a company that values quality control. Despite this issue, I genuinely enjoy using Juul as it has helped me quit smoking, eliminated the smell, and reduced my nicotine consumption significantly. Thank you for providing such a fantastic alternative! -Robert B.

Dear Juul Customer Service, I have experienced multiple issues with the Juul pods and devices I have purchased. They tend to stop working shortly after I start using them, whether it's the device not charging, not producing smoke when I inhale, or liquid leaking into my mouth. As a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount of money replacing your products, I am considering switching to a different company. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a representative who can help me resolve these recurring issues. Kindly provide me with a direct phone number for immediate assistance. Thank you, Stephanie H. Email: [redacted]

I wanted to share that I've been enjoying my Juul even though I've only had it for a few weeks. Lately, I've noticed that it doesn't hold a charge very well, needing to be recharged every 4 to 5 hours. Additionally, two pods from the variety pack it came with were faulty, so I purchased some other ones. I've been attempting to reach out to customer service, but I can't complete the phone verification as I only have a text application for calling and texting due to it missing. I'm 35 years old and can provide ID verification. I also would like to register my device for any assistance.

I purchased a two-pack of Mint 5% Juul pods. Interestingly, when I used them, the pods didn't taste right from the start. After a few hits, the liquid turned dark brown and burnt near the cotton strip. I assumed it was an issue with just one pod, but the same happened with the second one. However, when I tried a tobacco-flavored pod, it worked fine without any burning or strange taste. I suspect the Mint pods I bought might have been expired or faulty. The shop refused to give me a refund, instructing me to contact Juul instead. I've never encountered problems with Juul pods before, and I believe I deserve a refund or a replacement pack from Juul. It's frustrating to spend money on malfunctioning products. I am considering switching to Phix if this issue is not resolved.

In my recent order, I received 10 packs of mango and 1 pack of creme brulee. Unfortunately, the creme brulee flavor was not up to standard. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 2 years and started ordering online in March. I paid $15.99 for the 4-pack of creme brulee, but it made me feel unwell. I kindly request a replacement of the 4-pack, not a 2-pack substitute. The creme brulee pods were not of the usual quality and caused uncomfortable sensations. I am willing to return the faulty batch with the batch number in the original packaging. It would be fair to receive a full replacement for the 4-pack instead of a partial complementary 2-pack, as this has affected my satisfaction as a regular customer.

I purchased two Juul devices a few months ago during a promotion for customers with auto-ship. I bought two black devices at $20 each. Unfortunately, one no longer charges, and the other does not produce vapor. I recently bought a new portable charging device, which I absolutely love. I have been a Juul fan since [redacted] and influence my friends to switch from cigarettes to Juuls. I order 15 packs of pods monthly and always buy from the Juul website to ensure freshness. I would appreciate it if Juul could send me two replacement devices and guide me on how to warranty my new charging kit. The serial numbers for the malfunctioning devices are MEN3V03N and AJQ8K2GF. I hope Juul values its loyal customers. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, John M. Jr.

I purchased two Juuls with regular tobacco flavor for my husband and two menthol tobacco for myself from Gillis Grocery, also known as the flag store, for $12.99 each, totaling to $52 for four pieces, along with the inserts for each flavor. Initially, they mentioned a 99 cents trial offer and assured me of a $12 rebate per item. Unfortunately, none of the Juuls worked as expected, and the store refused returns for both the devices and flavor sticks. It appears we were overcharged as they promised the Juuls for 99 cents each but charged the regular price of $12.99. This situation has cost us a significant amount of money, denying us the opportunity to even try the Juul products. We aim to quit smoking using these devices and seek assistance in obtaining a refund and functional Juul products.

I am a fan of Juul products and always recommend them to my smoking friends. However, I have been experiencing a consistent issue with the fruit pods leaking, even when not in use. It's unpleasant to pull on it and end up with juice in my mouth. I purchased two packs of fruit pods three weeks apart, and both sets had the same leaking problem. This left a gross taste in my mouth and throat. Unlike the other flavors, the fruit pods leak significantly more. Also, the fruit juice tends to burn out before finishing the pods, unlike other flavors. Despite these concerns, I still enjoy using my Juul.

I recently placed a large order for Juul Pods. Unfortunately, I received multiple packs of mango pods, some of which were leaking and unusable. While I've been a loyal Juul customer for over a year and a half, I've encountered more issues with the pods lately, especially since the mango flavor was discontinued in stores. I hope to be reimbursed for one or two packs due to these faulty pods. I have always been a satisfied customer, so this situation is disappointing. Thank you.

Your marketing lacks clarity and transparency. The radio ads suggest that users stopped "smoking" and will never go back to smoking, potentially misleading young or inexperienced smokers to believe they are not consuming the equivalent of a cigarette. The product exposes lungs to harmful substances that could be detrimental to health. The messaging should specify "smoking cigarettes" to avoid confusion. My 13 year old was confused by the ads and it's concerning. It's important to consider the potential risks and impact on health, especially for young audiences. It's crucial for the scientific community to gather more data on the long-term effects. In the meantime, promoting awareness about nicotine abuse and the dangers involved is essential. Profiting from such products raises ethical concerns. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am disappointed to have to contact you again, as I had previously reached out in February, but I am experiencing significant frustrations with my Juul. The last two packs of mint pods I purchased were discolored and had a terrible taste from the moment I opened them. Additionally, I kept getting a mouthful of juice with each inhale, which made me feel unwell. My doctor expressed concerns that I could have been poisoned by the faulty pods. These pods were also extremely leaky, causing damage to my Juul and impacting its performance. As a financially struggling college student, spending $20 on two packs of pods that nearly poisoned me and damaged my device is incredibly frustrating. I cannot afford to replace my Juul and should not have to bear that cost. I am a loyal customer who has recommended Juul to others, and it is disheartening to experience these issues. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter to avoid switching to a different brand. I appreciate your attention to this problem.

I've successfully created a new account with my updated email and phone number. However, my devices are still linked to my old email address, causing issues accessing my [redacted] account due to phone number complications. It's all quite chaotic. I'm considering deactivating both accounts to start fresh, or could you deactivate $:&&&:)&/&/@ssss.com so I can link my device to the Gmail address? I was seeking assistance with leaky replacement pods. Upon entering my device code, it appears to belong to another user, which is actually me under a different email. The situation is confusing even after following previous advice last year. Please help me sort this out. Thank you. Nzzzz T.

I wanted to inquire about a recent order I received for 4 Virginia tobacco pods. Two of the pods I received were not filled to capacity, and I noticed large air bubbles even before inserting them into my Juul. Additionally, when I tried using them, they ended up backfiring liquid into my mouth. I have been using the device as instructed, cleaning it after every pod change. This issue only seems to occur with pods ordered separately from the starter kit. Would appreciate any guidance on what might be causing this and if there is a solution. I am open to purchasing replacement pods if necessary. My order number is R[redacted]46. Thank you for looking into this matter.
