When I attempted to use my travel credits for another trip, the site informed me that there was a problem and that I could not use my credits, but should phone American Airlines. After several days of back-and-forth with the airline, they issued me a refund. However, the refund was issued to JUSTFLY's credit card (a VISA ending in ****) instead of to me. Now Justfly has both my credits and my cash. How do I get my money back?
