Hello my name is Olga i bought a ticket on February **** to Ukraine for June ** **** but it was canceled because of the Covid-**. I still didn't get my money back, when i canceled a flight it was rejected. I was talk to you on Friday October ** you said to call Ukrainian airline because you need waiver code, but they didn't help me and said you guys need visit Pshelpdesk Agency to get that waiver code. My booking number ***-***-***. Please help me and let me know what to do. I try to call you again but no one of representative didn't answer me. Thank you.
