I used the trial offer on July **th and was not satisfied with the response of the tech after I detailed the problem I was having. He wanted to pass me to another tech for an additional fee so that's when I said "no thanks". I said the service wasn't needed and I didn't want to be entangled in a monthly fee. Since, I have been charged the $**.* fee on my Bank of America Card and I am asking for you to refund the fee and discontinue any future deductions. I am notifying the credit card to stop payment of future payments to JustAnswer.

GetHuman-snrhutso did not yet indicate what JustAnswer should do to make this right.
