I received the bill yesterday for a flight booked through Travelocity. The Itinerary is **************. My flight * B***** changed from *** am to *:** pm -- and * hour difference. The return flight *B***** changed from *:** pm to ** am -- * hours sooner. So, there is a loss of * days for the same price. I have asked for time off work to help an elderly parent recover from surgery and need those days to transport and care for her. I need to know why you cancelled and whether I can get an equal ticket on your airline for the same price.
