RBMVPZ confirmation code for problem.*Recently canceled JetBlue flight due to necessity to return home sooner than expected due to shutdowns - coronavirus. Could not get thru to JetBlue for * days, had to rebook on another airline. Finally able to cancel JetBlue and rec'd jetblue travel credit (for about half our total cost due to rescheduling prior. Feel strongly that it should be a refund, not a credit. Already was penalized $***.** when we had to change flights previously. Check details on confirmation RBMVPZ. Will not be traveling to use the travel credit!
