I have a charge on my visa from JetBlue for $** on **********. I don't remember this. The only thing I can think of is that I volunteered to give up my bag at the gate because they said in cabin bag storage was getting full. I assumed this would be free. My name is Amy Fritz, I traveled from SFO to JFK on *****. On my charge card statement it says "Jetblue *************" I was also disappointed that I had to retrieve my bag in luggage claim. My understanding was that it would be at the gate. If this charge is for luggage, I would like $** refund. If it was something like food that I'm not remembering, please jog my memory with what it was for. Thank you
