Help with my JetBlue issue
The issue in GetHuman-tmcala's own words
I wrote the following letter to Singapore Air since JetBlue simply left my request for miles as “rejected” rather than trying harder to get Singapore Air to release them to my TrueBlue account. Submitted *********. I’m now finally home and working on this issue to transfer these points from Singapore Air to JetBlue. Please help. **My Singapore Air Email follows:**Hello Sir*Madam:**I travelled on *Apr**** on your partner airline JetBlue from FLL to SFO under my TrueBlue ***********. **I then connected the next day, *Apr**** on your Airline from SFO to SIN. I was unable to enter my TrueBlue number on your website and was told not to worry. I was further told that I could transfer my flight points to my TrueBlue JetBlue account after the flight. **I’m trying to do that now but getting rejected as you have applied the points to Singapore Kris Flyer Miles. I would rarely find this useful to me as my usual airline is JetBlue not Singapore Air. **I would be most grateful if you would honorably remove the points from your airline records and transfer to my JetBlue account. **I believe all that needs to be done to accomplish this is to release the miles to JetBlue by deleting them from my KrisFlyer account. **Please let me know if there is any information you need to complete this adjustment*transaction.**Thank you very much in advance for your assistance. **Theresa Mahon Calabrese *TMC*****@***.com**JetBlue TrueBlue ************Singapore KrisFlyer ***********
