Unresolved, unauthorized account name change, missing $*** public assistance credit and not able to access my account through the app again. I was getting the run around on the phone, and even though I escalated call to Resolution Specialist Kim, I felt uncomfortable for they allegedly claim they can anyone into my address just from a phone call without verification of any kind such as a deed or a lease which sounds like nonsense to me similar to slamming. I filed an online complaint with BPU I believe last Friday as JCP&L had a non conducive attitude, and other than an electronic confirmation that they have received my complaint, I have no useful response from them also. I had nothing to do with this problem happening. I need this resolved quickly please and my account made more secure so this never happens again.
