Flew from Sydney to New York business class. Flight redirected from JFK to IAD. No one was there with any information. I have now traveled to New York from Washington by train. My bag is still missing and I have no clear information about when I will get it. It is now three days since I was dropped off in Washington with no information. This is completely unacceptable. I have rung many times with no result. I want me bag delivered to my hotel immediately.
