I buy to Amazon a Jabra **t earphones in January **th. Yesterday when I started my journey the right but was not working. I reached Jabra directly and the provided several steeps and actions to perform and solve the issue but w*o success. They suggested to claim the warranty. They gave me an email of a local distributor as I am based in Colombia and they said I need to claim directly Jabra as I did not buy the product to them directly and they cannot help to claim the warranty.
GetHuman5884680 did not yet indicate what Jabra should do to make this right.
