Help with my Jabra issue
GetHuman-jaalexa's next move: talk to Jabra when they open.
Jabra's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-jaalexa a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-jaalexa's own words
Bough set (with Jabra charging case—Elite **t earbuds) from Amazon. Arrived @ my shipping address on * May ****. Tried for over * wks to PAIR w* two devices (limit**)* was FINALLY able to “Bluetooth connect” w* my NEW apple *** series watch. Tried EVERYTHING to make sure ‘buds’ STAYED in charging container. Have spent FAR TOO MUCH X looking for’units’ that’ve ‘self-ejected’ upon VERY CAREFUL opening of Jabra Elite’s ‘charging box’ (EXQUISITELY TENOUS @LVERY BEST attempts). These WERE a Godsend for my IRREPARABLE tennitis in BOTH EARS X **** yrs (result of stroke n late teens frm a connective tissue disorder. BUT, since issue of ‘shooting out’ warned me to AVOID taking (w* charging case for qwik recharge) ANYWHERE OR from WEARING ANYWHERE EXCEPT the temporary “Hurricane Harvey” apt. EVEN w* ALL PRECAUTIONS (& OBVIOUSLY defeating their PRIMARY use as well as having the JOY of listening to music w* ‘hear-thru’, I had AGAIN, the RIGHT (& only * capable of Mono)—‘eject’ AT APT OR ON SHORT WAY down to ‘doggie psrk’—This bldg IS NOT really an Apt bldg—JUST *** owners*tenants living in TOTALLY DIFFERENT FLOOR PLANS*SIZES etc HOMES w* a FEW shared walls. MANY*most are afforded ‘noise protection’ per se..—w* a FEW shared walls-MOST are separated in large part, by ‘banks’ of storage rms. I NEED TO KNOW: if (like Bose equivalent W*O noise-cancellation)...JABRA has a “Find my earbuds’ function? I’ve now spent standard price of $***.***$** x *.**% local sales tax (TX now has only other Amazon Distribution Cntr) for TOTAL OF: $***.**. (I’m TRYING to get SOMEONE out to ‘fix’ my uninhabitable house from Harvey OO pocket—like MOST I know, there are NO CONTRACTS or ANY OTHER VENDORS STILL almost a YEAR after ‘the storm’” I made the error (WHICH SHOULD NOT BE AN ERROR...EVER...of taking my Jabra Elite **t earbuds WITH ME IN MY BRIEFCASE w* SCOTCH TAP holding ‘ejection shute’ together. I had to wait for now, **th ‘vendor’ (for a COST—there are NO BIDS to b had—the ONLY reason ANY of these people have ‘cut me in line’ is that they’ve done SOME KIND of work in LAST ** yrs of my residence in my now LOST life savings home. After vendor left, I drove the LESS than **”.back * temp housing—CLEANED OUT my small *-door car, re-traced EVERY STEP to*frm my car n same area, DUMPED OUT MY BRIEFCASE down to last errant receipt, & THEN SPENT AN ADDITIONAL * hrs (it was after MIDNIGHT CDT) looking BETEEN where I’d parked AND EXITED (on car’s PASSENGER SIDE). Tho residential, my street is THE major short-cut between the largest & MOST BUSY STREETS N MY ZIP CODE. To say that I’m UNBELIEVABLY upset is a MAJOR understatement. IRONICALLY, when I returned (FINALLY) * temp living ‘quarters’, I had an Amazon box outside my door with the ‘hard’ STORAGE container just for this purpose...but now NOTHING in which to. FILL JABRA EARBUD charging ‘unit’. I read ALMOST EVERY Amazon REVIEW (* to RARE *-star ratings) & I THINK I remember a FEW reviews stating that charging box had this TENDACY...but I DID’NT SEE any RECOMMENDING PURCHASE of ‘hard charging unit CASE...’ AND FURTHER, WHEN I ORDERED there was NO ‘buy these in a bundle’ EXCEPT a ‘car charger.**OLZ advise whether or not I’ve ANY HOPE of ‘Finding my Jabra earbuds’ OR whether I’m looking @ yet ANOTHER replacent? PLZ CALL ME ***-***-****. as I’m going thru * DIFFERENT NIGHTMARES (including a ‘health’ RELAPSE, & MUST have some NON-CORDED in-ear earbuds w* NOISE CANCELLATION (& hear thru) & I’m HEMORRHAGING “red”—NO Ins payout and thus no ALE (alternate living expenses).
