I already have an account which I cannot access. I received a note that asked to input a password. I used what I thought was the correct one, no results. You sent a link which I used with no results. I tried to call the support * with no results. I have been using jpay for stamps for some months. I have no idea how I lost my account through gmail. When I finally got through to a rep for jpay, she had to look up my other jpay account carried through comcast to be able to help me even though I have not used that account in years. Go figure.
