Hi. I signed up for JDate for one month from June to July then I cancelled my subscription. Today I went to my billing and it shows I am still subscribed for another month. I did not subscribe for * months to JDate. I cancelled it on time. Please help resolve this issue. Furthermore there is hardly anyone on this site in my area and on my phone it keeps shutting down constantly. I would like you to credit my account for the month of August.
