I paid $**.** for TurboTax State Return LA Tax Year **** E-file. TurboTax said my state return was rejected because my Federal return was rejected. The reason TurboTax gave for the rejection of my Federal return was a mismatched **** AGI verification. I carefully entered the AGI shown on my **** Federal income tax return into the first rejected E-file submission. I requested a second E-file submission, again CAREFULLY entering the **** AGI number, and again a rejection. As a result of the rejections, both Federal and State returns had to be filed by mail.**I respectfully ask that a $**.** refund of the E-file charge be issued to my credit card.
