I need some assistance with a tricky situation. I set up an account a while back when I was younger and didn't think things through. I want to close the account now, but I can't remember the password. I originally created the account using a different phone number, +49 1[redacted], which I no longer have access to. I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account and have also forgotten my password. When I attempted to reset my password, the link provided was not working, causing the reset to fail. Following this, I requested a password reset link sent to my phone number, +[redacted]61, but I have not received any messages from Instagram yet. I then attempted to log in using Facebook, but it is requesting the forgotten password, which I am unable to reset. I am facing significant difficulty accessing my account and there is important information stored there. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello team, I enlisted someone to manage my account's growth and hired a designer for my posts. After a month, I noticed my account is no longer loading on my phone - it seems to be blocked. Additionally, when I attempt to log in from my computer, I receive a message to log in from my phone, so I'm feeling quite lost at the moment. I've watched some troubleshooting videos, but unfortunately, they haven't resolved my problem. I've reached out to Instagram via my other account and am now awaiting their response. I have two business accounts on Instagram - "IT'S ABOUT THYME" and "The Work of My Heart Quilts". I've had no issues posting on the first one. However, when I attempt to post pictures and stories on "The Work of My Heart Quilts", it redirects to my "IT'S ABOUT THYME" page. How can I post on each account separately? I've owned the "Work of My Heart Quilts" account for some time with previously posted photos. I removed them when I created my "IT'S ABOUT THYME" account, and now I wish to repost the photos and descriptions to it.

Hello, a couple of weeks ago, I changed my phone number and got a new phone. I did a hard reset on my old phone to erase everything. Afterwards, I set up my new phone and re-downloaded all my apps, including Instagram. Since I had two-factor authentication enabled, a login code was sent to my old number, which is no longer in service. I remember my username and password, but I need to update my new number on my Instagram account to receive the login code. The last time I logged in was on either 11/29/20 or 11/30/20 using my email [redacted] and the old number [redacted]. I logged in from an iPhone. Could you please assist me with this? Thank you.

My account, which was registered under the email [redacted] and the mobile number [redacted], has been hacked on 11/12/20. The scammer changed the password, email address, and the registered mobile phone is no longer in use. Please assist in recovering or terminating the account as the scammer has taken money. I have proof and a police report, please contact me via my email. Thank you.

I have been waiting to receive the money I won. Before donating my vehicle or making any payments, I reported it as required by the community standards policy regarding impersonation of public figures or celebrities. Even though I followed the protocol, my account was not disabled, leading me to believe they could be the real Mark Zuckerberg. However, now they claim they are not. I trusted the policy for people's safety when providing my information to PCH and others. I am hesitant to take legal action but will do so if necessary due to the seriousness of the situation, which involves criminal charges. I have already taken steps to request a local court hearing since there have been over [redacted] protocol violations. My name is Kevin Buck Nichols from Andrews, Texas at [redacted] and [redacted]. Yesterday evening, my friend and I were on a video call and decided to watch a show together. While searching for it, a prompt asked me to update my age, and I mistakenly entered 5th of May [redacted] instead of [redacted]. As a result, I received a message from Instagram stating that my account would be deleted if I was underage. I submitted an appeal immediately, explaining the error. I received an email with instructions on how to verify my date of birth. I provided my school ID card and Immunization report as proof. I am hopeful my account can be reinstated. Thank you.

In August [redacted], I received an email from Instagram regarding suspicious activity on my account (@alorayarbs). The email prompted me to click a link to change my password. However, upon clicking the link, a blank page with an error message appeared. When attempting to reset my password through Instagram, it stated that neither my username (@alorayarbs) nor the associated email ([redacted]) could be found in the database. Searching for @alorayarbs on Instagram yielded no results, yet attempting to create a new account with the same username indicated it was already in use. Despite not being able to locate my account details for a password reset, I continue to receive emails at [redacted] regarding Instagram updates. Although I have checked Instagram's help resources extensively, I have not found a solution and have been unable to contact them directly. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I accidentally logged out of my account. Now, when I try to log in, the two-factor authentication code is sent to an old phone number I no longer have access to. I have tried to contact Instagram in various ways. Facebook responded very bluntly with the following message: "Hi, We can’t give you access to this account or continue to process your request because we haven’t received an acceptable image to verify account ownership. Thanks." I replied with a picture of my passport, a selfie, my new phone number, and my old phone number. Unfortunately, I have not received a response. I really need to access my account again, so I am requesting Instagram to update my new phone number. I have tried multiple times but have not received a response. Please help, thank you so much.

This is the third instance where I have run a promotion on Instagram and have been billed for the review period. For example, I initiated a promotion on Sunday, December 13th at 12 noon, which remained under review for 21 hours. I've been informed that despite the delay, my promotion will end today, December 15th, at 12 noon. I am seeking a resolution where I am not charged for Instagram's review time for my promotions. I have gathered screenshots over the past two days to support my case as this has occurred on two previous occasions. My request is either a full two days of promotion as originally intended or a refund for the duration I have been charged for Instagram's review process of the promotion.

I am experiencing an issue with my Instagram account nileshbagri.gujarati being disabled. I believe this occurred by mistake on the part of the Instagram community. Hello, I am reaching out for assistance with an issue I am facing with the Facebook/Instagram advertising tool. One of my ads was rightfully rejected for promoting tobacco-related products, which goes against the advertising policy. However, since then, all my sponsorship attempts have been declined even though the content does not contain any tobacco-related elements.
