Whenever I try to open the app, a disabled message pops up without clear instructions on how to recover my account. Despite searching for solutions for two weeks, I haven't found any helpful guidance. The app mentions that there will be steps to assist me in logging back in, but no actual tools or support are provided. Although my account is still active and accessible to others, I'm unable to access it myself. I believe my account was mistakenly disabled, and it's crucial for me to regain access as it holds valuable memories for me.

My username is @inesvalbento. I have 11.4K followers, and my account has been growing recently as I've been more dedicated to Instagram. Posting daily reels and photos has helped me engage with my followers. However, today when I tried to access the app, I received a message stating that my account was deactivated for not following the community guidelines. I am certain that there are no photos or videos on my profile that violate Instagram rules, as I make a conscious effort to adhere to all guidelines. I have an old Instagram account (@a.c.duet) that I wish to delete. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the account as I no longer have the password or access to the associated email. I can provide evidence that it belongs to me. I am reaching out to Instagram for assistance in deleting this account. I shared the account details with a friend, but they too are unable to access it as they don't have the email or password. Since we didn't link phone numbers to the account back then, I am unable to reset the password using a phone number.

Two days ago, I encountered difficulty logging into my account due to suspected unauthorized activities. I received a notification indicating that within 30 days, I needed to follow specific steps to verify ownership of the account. Unfortunately, the captcha function was non-responsive for several hours. Currently, I am facing an issue where Instagram requires me to input a 6-digit code sent to my phone number. Despite multiple attempts yesterday and today, I have not received the code. I even tried using my mom's and other phone numbers, but none of them received the code. My username, nicolegerome, was compromised by hackers who gained access to my email and altered my phone number, email, password, and username. They contacted my followers, requesting money and redirecting communication to WhatsApp. I've documented this with screenshots. Instagram disabled my account due to reports of the hacking. The hackers created a backup account called ngerome linked to my Facebook while controlling nicolegerome. Despite filling out forms for help, Instagram requires confirmation that I cannot provide since my account is down and details changed. The verification code provided by Instagram is [redacted]. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Instagram account. I have been trying to regain access to my Instagram account for the past few days. Despite following the instructions to reset my password twice, my issue remains unresolved. I temporarily disabled my account, glezrdg, associated with this email address. I have tried to reactivate it several times from different devices, but keep encountering an unexpected error. I believe my account hasn't been blocked as I have not violated any policies. I also attempted to reset my password, but encountered the same unexpected error. I am unable to provide screenshots due to your policies, but the error message displayed is: "Error - An unknown network error has occurred." When I tried to reset my password through the webpage, it stated "wrong password," even though I believe it is correct. However, when I attempted to reset the password, it said "no user found." I then tried to log in through Facebook, which is my usual method, but nothing happened - no error message or any response. I hope we can resolve this issue and reactivate my account.

I have an Instagram account, but I'm still missing the new Reels feature. I've ensured my phone and the app are up to date, reset my phone, cleared the cache, and even logged into my account on a friend's phone, but I still don't have Reels. I'm located in the UK. Interestingly, I manage three other Instagram accounts on the same phone and they all have Reels, as do all my acquaintances. My account has been hacked, and the email associated with it has been changed. I am unable to reset my password or access my Instagram account. The code that was sent to my email is [redacted], but I cannot revert the changes. The new username is jksdskdjjsdjkkasoutrma, and the email is [redacted] It seems like the hacker also had access to my email to accept the changes. My original username was gigiamurao, and the email linked to my account is [redacted] The phone number linked to the account is [redacted]. When I signed up for Instagram years ago, my email was [redacted] I am unable to submit a report via the app as my keyboard doesn't go down to hit submit.

Dear Sir/Madam, I live in the UK and have had a bad experience with Chinese sellers on Instagram. They mislead customers by advertising expensive items at low prices but send cheap products instead. For example, I ordered a 2kg gaming chair, but received a pen weighing far less. This is a serious issue affecting the public, and I urge you to investigate these sellers. Their deceptive practices harm innocent customers, especially in Western countries. Please take appropriate action to address this misleading behavior. I am facing serious blackmail and threats that are causing me distress. I engaged in a conversation with an individual online who later asked to connect on Skype. They coerced me into sharing inappropriate images on Instagram, which I regret. Subsequently, they recorded a video call and are now threatening to share it with my friends and family on Instagram and Facebook unless I pay them [redacted] British pounds. This has led me to contemplate suicide. Their Instagram account is: k_zhihang. I believe they may have accessed or created accounts with my information on Facebook and Instagram. This person has targeted multiple individuals with similar threats. I urge authorities to intervene and stop this criminal activity before it escalates further.

I accidentally logged out of my Instagram account while on vacation and got temporarily disabled after attempting to log in with the wrong password.
