I can not log into my Instagram at all. I can not log in via my original password as I do not remember it, not via a phone number (the original number linked with my account * years ago no longer exists), not by a link to email (I can not remember the email that I used * years ago and believe that I do not use it anymore) and I can not sign in via a linked Facebook account. *My phone permanently died this week, so I had to buy a new one which meant that I was logged out of all of my apps. *I desperately need help to sign back into my account as I use it for work.*Thank you very much.*My phone that died this week was an iPhone *s, and I am now temporarily using an iPhone *.
