Since the 7th of December, my Instagram account, Coastalcloudsco_uk, has been banned until the 22nd. Each day, when I try testing the account by liking a photo, the ban gets extended to a later date. Despite sending around 30-35 screenshots and messages about this problem, no resolution has been provided yet. We haven't violated any guidelines, nor have we used any unauthorized apps. We simply post 2 photos daily with checked and active hashtags. This situation is quite frustrating.

I recently fell victim to a phishing scam after clicking a link sent by a friend whose account was also compromised. The fake Instagram page requested my login details, and I unwittingly provided them, resulting in someone else reaching out to my contacts through my account. Despite attempting to recover the account by requesting a code sent to my linked email, the message never arrived in my inbox. To whom it may concern, I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding the Instagram account @elarcadenoe_news, where personal information about individuals, particularly young girls, is being shared without their consent. Most alarmingly, a beauty contest was recently organized on this account, objectifying and comparing the girls. Despite attempts to have the content removed by contacting the account owner and reporting to Instagram, no action has been taken, as per their response claiming the content does not violate guidelines. The community guidelines of Instagram clearly state that using photos not taken by the account owner is prohibited. Moreover, the content posted on @elarcadenoe_news includes images that invade privacy and promote degradation, against the platform's norms. It is essential that appropriate measures are taken to address this issue promptly to prevent further harm. I urge the platform to carefully review and take necessary action before this situation worsens. I have been receiving texts prompting me to "get back into my account" as if I've been locked out or forgotten my password, even though I haven't made these requests. Although I changed my password once, the continuous messages are troubling me. I frequently receive tags in pictures that aren't mine, possibly indicating that others have similar usernames. I'm unsure if these issues are connected, but I'd appreciate guidance on addressing unauthorized access attempts to my account.

I'm facing an issue with Instagram asking for a six-digit verification code via text message. Unfortunately, I never receive these messages from Instagram, so I'm unable to input the digits to verify my account. This blocking me from using my account fully as it insists on the verification code. I'm unable to update my phone number or link an email address as it keeps prompting me for the six digits. I'm seeking a way to receive the verification code via email or explore alternative verification methods since the text messages are not coming through. I hope there's a solution to this problem.

Hello, my Facebook account is no longer linked to my Instagram account. When I try to log in, it keeps directing me to create a new Instagram account. I've tried entering my username and password, but Instagram keeps saying they sent an email to an address ending in @facebook.com. I've checked both my Facebook and Gmail accounts, but I can't find any emails. Please assist!

I recently logged out of my Instagram account in hopes of resolving notification issues but now can't log back in since I forgot my password. Despite ensuring my phone number is correct, I'm not receiving the confirmation code to reset my password. I even tried using a different phone number to no avail, as the link leads me to an invalid page on Safari. My last access was on December 22, [redacted], and since then, I've been unable to regain access.

Hello, I recently got a new iPhone and tried to log into my Instagram account today. However, I encountered an issue where Instagram didn't recognize the new phone trying to log in. They asked me to verify my identity, which was me all along, trying to access my own account. They requested verification through the phone number or email I used when I first created the account. Sadly, I now have a new phone number and can't access that email anymore. I am hoping for assistance with this situation.

Instagram has continuously action blocked me for the past four days. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I have been unsuccessful. Even waiting a full day hasn't resolved the problem. My account is @hiyokore, and I am Elise K., residing in Canada. My email is [redacted] It would be greatly appreciated if this could be rectified promptly. I believe Instagram should consider unblocking all affected users and reach out to those experiencing this difficulty. Blocking all users is unfair as everyone on Instagram is human.

My correct email is [redacted], however, my account was mistakenly linked to [redacted], which is not a valid email address. When I updated my email to the correct one, I got locked out of my account. The system is requesting a confirmation email to [redacted], which doesn't exist and is not my email. Despite knowing my password and having access to the linked phone number, I'm unable to log in due to the email confirmation issue.

I am having trouble accessing my account. Whenever I try to log in, I receive a message saying "challenge_required." I have attempted to reset my password and received a verification code, but I am still unable to log in even with the new password. Additionally, there is an alert prompting me to confirm my ownership of the account for security purposes by requesting help logging in. Our Instagram account for our five medical clinics in Seattle, Washington, was blocked for a week due to what Instagram claimed was the need to protect their community.
