Username on Account, Country you are located, Email on Account, Full Name, and Business Document that proves ownership of business account
The issue in GetHuman-davulda's own words
*) Upon attempting to log in to my Instagram account, a message kept popping up saying "Help us confirm you own this account"***) I've reset my password at least * times by now but still can't log in.***) Found out through my email that the phone number linked to my account changed, and that the account was logged in to from an unknown place, where I've never been before.***) Contacted Instagram in regards to potential hacking but only received a link to reseting a password again, this did not help because I'm still getting the pop up messages whenever I try to log in.***) Clearly my email is still linked with my account and I've reset my password numerous times already to prove that I'm the rightful owner of MY OWN account. I do not want and CANNOT lose that account.

GetHuman-davulda did not yet indicate what Instagram should do to make this right.
