I am experiencing an issue on my Instagram account where the direct messages are not loading properly. When I try to access my messages, I only see a blank screen with a loading icon. However, if I start a new message, I can then access previous chats with individuals. The messages from one person do not show up in the direct messages section but I still receive notifications. I have tested this on different phones and confirmed that the problem is specific to my account. I have attempted to fix it by reinstalling the app and clearing the cache, to no avail. I am using an iPhone 8 Plus with IOS 13 and have the latest version of Instagram. Any assistance with this issue would be highly appreciated.

I am currently locked out of my account. I was using the desktop app when my browser refreshed due to a network issue. Suddenly, the Instagram desktop app prompted me to sign in again. After doing so, I received an error message about a suspicious login attempt, even though there was none. I am unable to receive the verification code as the phone number linked to my Instagram account has been deactivated. I am also unable to recall the email address associated with the account. Even if I remembered the email, I wouldn't be able to access it as it was a dummy email, and I have forgotten the login details for it. I am willing to provide other information about my account such as recent posts, activities, and photos.

I have been consistently seeing sponsored posts that are irrelevant or offensive to me. Despite flagging these ads as offensive, they continue to appear on my feed. Ads for liquor go against my religious beliefs that forbid alcohol consumption. I find them offensive and have flagged them, yet they persist. As a vegan, I am deeply offended by ads for meat products, fast food, and junk food. I have repeatedly marked them as offensive, but they still show up regularly on my feed. Even after flagging an ad for a Disney movie, which I do not enjoy, it keeps reappearing. Additionally, I do not own a dog, but I am bombarded with ads aimed at dog owners. I am from Minnesota, not Wisconsin, so I find it puzzling why I am being targeted with Wisconsin-related ads. I would prefer advertisements relevant to Minnesota. Other ad content I wish to avoid includes topics like mental health, female impotence, migraines, diarrhea, and allergies. These are private matters and should not be exploited by advertisers. I have contacted Instagram about this issue using the username jeni_to_md, but unfortunately, they have not been responsive. In conclusion, I do not engage in alcohol, fast food, or junk food. I am not a dog owner and have no medical issues. Lastly, I prefer not to see ads for Disney movies or any of the mentioned topics. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My son, Cameron Boyce, passed away, and I, Libby Boyce, manage his account. Regrettably, I must report that the account @thecameromboyce has been compromised. I am unable to access it via email or phone. This account holds sentimental value as it is a connection to my late son. Viewing his photos brings me comfort. This incident has deeply affected me, and I am close to breaking. Cameron meant everything to me, along with his sister. I kindly request your assistance in recovering the account password. If not resolved, legal action may be pursued for withholding personal information pertaining to my deceased son. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Hello! I recently faced a hacking incident, but I took immediate action by changing my password and informing my followers. Despite these precautions, my account remains temporarily locked for about three weeks now. I have made repeated reports through the help center and the Instagram app, but unfortunately, the issue still persists. The problem seems to stem from my outdated phone number associated with the account since its creation. I have since changed my number, and the verification process is sending codes to the old number, which I no longer use. I urgently need to update my account with my current phone number.

A friend and team member has brought to my attention some inappropriate behavior towards Emma Engle on Instagram. Negative comments are affecting her negatively, and I kindly ask for them to stop. Additionally, Emma has mentioned that there are 3 other accounts related to her main one: instagram.com/Emma.Engle and instagram.com/EmmaEngleOnline. Both Emma and I have noticed inappropriate interactions with young individuals on these platforms. If there are any legal matters concerning this, I am willing to support Emma. An account containing 40k has had its password leaked to an outsider. The outsider allegedly sold the account, but this could be a lie told by the scammer. The truth has now come out about the scamming. They promise to return the account, gain support through captions, and then change their tune once they have enough likes. The scammers have taken over the account, deceiving and stealing content while claiming it as their own. This violates guidelines and copyright issues. If the account can't be returned to the owners, it should be deleted. The account now operates as @louderstudio. Please take action against these scammers. Hello Instagram, I am Penelope (@_.queen.toodrippyy._) and I need to report some fake accounts that have been harassing me. These accounts have no profile, no followers, and don't follow anyone, but they are sending insulting messages to me in direct messages. Some of the usernames are @whwgwu_e, @bufvkys, and @buhvtoc. Additionally, there are others sending me inappropriate messages containing pornography. This behavior makes me feel unsafe on the platform. Please take action against these fake accounts and individuals engaging in sending inappropriate content to prevent further incidents. Thank you.

My username is @taeyongsdildo. I was recently disabled by Instagram. I have tried logging in to chat with my friends while waiting for my account to be either recovered or deleted, but I keep receiving an error message saying "Sorry, there was a problem with your request." I also have a few other accounts such as @lofimin, @diorhyo, @lavandulaboy, and @voguehentei with no reportable content, but I am unable to access them due to the same error message. I would appreciate it if my @taeyongsdildo account could be recovered so I can retrieve all my information and memories, or if I could simply log into my accounts. I have already tried various troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app, using Facebook login, deleting data, and even factory resetting my phone, but none of these have resolved the issue.

Hello, My name is Nicholas Felix Gonzales, and I own the Instagram account @nicomanism. On December 28th, [redacted], I decided to temporarily disable my account for a break. The email linked to my Instagram is [redacted] I currently have access to this email. My old phone number was [redacted], but I changed it to my current number, [redacted], on June 9th, [redacted]. Despite forgetting to update my new number on Instagram, I now want to reactivate my account after eight months. The devices I initially used to sign up were an iPod Touch 6th generation, an android LG K7, and a Windows (PC) desktop. I've been attempting to access my account for over four months now, but I'm faced with an issue. Although I remember my username and password, I received a message indicating a suspicious login attempt and requested verification via email. Regrettably, the email associated with my account is outdated, and I no longer remember the password. When trying to reset the password, the verification was sending a text to an inactive number and an old email belonging to my sister, which she no longer uses. I'm at a loss on how to proceed. I have visible scars on my body due to a genetic disorder affecting my collagen. Instagram repeatedly removes or flags my posts, claiming they are sensitive or graphic. Even simple selfies and photos with my cat get taken down. Approximately ** of my posts have been removed, then reinstated, only to be deleted again. In the past ** hours alone, * innocent posts have been deleted. Despite my healed skin and positive content, I feel discriminated against and body shamed by this ongoing censorship. I received a warning from Instagram stating that I was promoting nudity on my business page. My page focuses on body enhancements and sexual wellness products, and many of my posts include illustrations of women. I share these images to showcase the effectiveness of our products to my customers honestly. I assure you that I have never engaged in any fraudulent activities, and I am a certified phytotherapist dedicated to selling legitimate products for body enhancement and skincare. I did not intentionally violate any of Instagram's rules and am reaching out for assistance in restoring my page. This situation has been distressing for me, and I am eager to understand the boundaries for posting pictures and client reviews correctly. Thank you for your help and guidance in advance.

I set up Two-Factor Authentication for my Instagram account. I have security codes saved on my Authenticator app on my iPhone. Recently, I deactivated my Instagram for a short break. When I tried to log back in, the security code I entered gave me an error asking me to check it and try again. This has not happened to me before. I am hoping someone from Instagram or this forum can assist me in resolving this issue.

I have been attempting to access my Instagram account without success. Hello. I would like my art account to receive likes as I understand it's crucial for my account visibility and promoting my art. I have artwork for sale. However, after being part of the "some" users testing the feature where likes are hidden, my follower count decreased, affecting my art's reach. I believe it's unfair to selectively apply this feature, and I am requesting equal rights to have likes visible on my page to help it grow. I do not seek validation like Instagram influencers through revealing clothing; I am an artist. I want my posts to be seen and to grow my account for business purposes. My self-worth is not tied to likes. I am requesting that my account, anomis.art, be allowed to show likes and hashtags. Dear Get Human, This morning, I posted a personal photo of myself from Lecce, Italy, taken by my husband at our hotel, Giuseppe Pantaleo. User joetb57 reposted my photo without my permission and has been disrespectful when I kindly asked for its removal. Despite my efforts to address this, he insists on keeping it on his profile. He even made insulting remarks about copyright and netiquette. I'm disappointed by his behavior and lack of respect for others. After blocking him and attempting to delete the post, my photo remains on his profile with derogatory comments. I reposted the photo, hoping for help on how to remove it from his account.

My direct messages are not refreshing on any device. I have attempted to clear the cache multiple times, logged in and out, uninstalled, restarted my phones, and sent messages from my computer. Messages are visible on my computer with all past chats intact; however, since I uninstalled Instagram on my phone, the messages no longer appear. This issue is unusual as it is server-based and messages have reappeared during previous uninstalls, but not recently. I have been experiencing message problems for the past month, yet nothing has changed on my phone. It worked perfectly fine two months ago. The situation is particularly troublesome as I rely on Instagram Direct for business contacts. Additionally, I encounter an issue where I receive messages, see them in notifications, but upon clicking to view the chat, the message is not there. Although my replies display correctly, the received messages do not. The Direct Message tab remains stuck in a loop without refreshing, causing significant frustration.

Hello, I am seeking assistance as my Instagram handle @blackcountrybulldogs was recently removed due to alleged violation of the platform's terms by selling dogs. This is inaccurate as my page was a platform to appreciate bulldogs and showcase various dogs I came across, including my own.
