Have my groceries shopped and delivered ... I did not receive * packs of Dakota organic ground beef, $*.** each, for a total of $**.** in my InstaCart delivery. This was ordered today, April **, ****, and paid for along with other groceries that were delivered to us at *:**PM. Our shopper was Arvinder. **Please process a refund.
Refund to my charge card
This is the *th time in a row (once a week) that I've used this service. I will be a returning customer if InstaCart provides a prompt refund of my missing items.
I tried contacting my shopper but once the groceries were delivered, contact was terminated and my message didn't go through. I tried calling the customer service number InstaCart lists in several places on their web but a recording comes on saying they are not able to provide phone support at this time. There is no other number. Unless a resolution occurs as a result of this posting, it seems I have no other recourse and am charged for items I never received.
