Product Name : Ringskar KIT FAUCT*P-O SPT SS COLNA*Product Article Number : ***.***.***Date Stamp : ***.***.***Supplier Number : ****Message: This faucet was bought in the US on Dec. **, **** but is installed in Canada . It has developed a significant leak (faulty cartridge?) Returning it to the US store is not possible*practical. I have all receipts. I have spoke with both US & Canadian customer service & received no satisfaction. I am requesting that you ship a replacement faucet to me &, if required I will de-install the faulty one & send it to you. I understand the product is no longer stocked, but the Almaren (***.***.**) looks virtually identical. I have been very frustrated in trying to find a solution to this problem. We equipped our cottage in Manitoba with an entire IKEA kitchen (about $****) and have been very pleased with the results. Unfortunately, my experience with the trying to resolve the faucet problem is beginning to undo my satisfaction. I sincerely ask for your help.
