There is an issue with one of the drawer sliders and the drawer cannot open all the way. It barely can open at all. ... I purchased a chest of drawers in July that had a fault. I have emailed several times since discovering this, and only initial follow up has ever been made. I have not been able to open the drawer for months and no help has been offered!**I have sent a video of the problem, and emailed in detail about the issue. I have called in as well. For months!**I am so fed up and at this point I would like a full refund. Previously I wanted to exchange it, but we decided on a partial refund due to the expenses involved with a return. There has been no follow up on this partial refund despite attempts to contact IKEA again and again!**I really hope this is my last necessary correspondence regarding the matter.**Case * ********

I would like a full refund
I just moved to the US from the Caribbean and I went straight to IKEA to begin furnishing my place. I was generally satisfied until this happened and now I have been looking for different places to shop at, because I'm worried that if I buy more faulty items from IKEA I will be stuck with them like I have been with this one.
I have called, and emailed several times. I have followed all the instructions, more than once, about sending imagery as evidence and a detailed report.
