Case number *********Order number **********Barcode number *******************My order was supposed to be delivered today, and the delivery driver did not show. I was given a delivery window **from between *:**am and *:**pm by the delivery company. No delivery showed up in that time. I called the delivery **company at *:**pm, and after waiting on hold for twenty minutes, was told that the truck would show up within a **half-hour and they would call me to let me know when they were close. The truck did not show, no one called me, and **I waited for another hour. I called back at *:**pm and no one could tell me when the delivery truck was due. As it **was over * hours past the delivery window, and I had to get to work, I left at that time. A half-hour after that, I **received a message on my voicemail that it would be another *-** minutes.**I am very disappointed in this service, particularly as I missed one appointment I had scheduled later that day, **because of the delivery company's incompetence. I still need this order delivered, and I absolutely will not pay a **re-delivery fee for it, as I waited over three hours beyond the time I was told the delivery would be there, and **missed an appointment because of it.**I also attempted repeatedly to call your customer service number and was repeatedly given a message that the call **volume was too high and no calls were being accepted, before getting hung up on by the system. Your online email system gave me no direct options for addressing this issue.
