Hi, **Firstly - this delivery came on Saturday morning at **am, when my flatmate was home to receive it. So after all the to-ing and fro-ing last week about the four hour window, and me booking those four hours off work, which cost me $*** in wages, my flatmate could have just signed for it the whole time because you came in the morning. You also did not call ** minutes beforehand, as you repeatedly said you would - so I therefore did not know the delivery was coming early. If I had, I could have told my boss that actually I could come in between *pm and *pm and avoided losing $*** in wages. I am absolutely furious about this, having made it very, very clear in my prior emails to you how important this was. I am not in a position to turn down four hours of work for nothing. You have cost me money. **Secondly - the mirror arrived completely smashed. I have attached pictures. It’s not surprising, as there was no padding in the packaging, and it also wasn’t marked as glass*fragile. It’s smashed on the same place both sides and looks like it has been stood on. **Thirdly - the third and final item I ordered, which was a potted plant, never arrived. Instead you sent me a random pillow case. **This is all after I ‘missed’ the first delivery because you never told me when you were coming - so I have already been waiting a week for these items after paying the extortionate $** delivery fee. I’m really cross about this whole experience and want to make a complaint and escalate it. It’s an absolutely unacceptable, insulting and crooked way to treat paying customers. **Please advise.
