Help with my Ikea issue

Dear Ikea, my husband sent you an email ** days ago, but we haven't*received an answer. We tried calling, but constantly get a message*saying our call cannot be answered due to high call volumes.*A year ago, we purchased * pairs of MERETE curtains (order *********).*I expected them to shrink with the first wash, which they did and that*was fine. I then had them hemmed. We are now * year later, and I had*to wash the curtains again (they are white). I did so in cold water*(the label says ** Celsius is okay). They have now shrunk again by a*good * inches. These * pairs of curtains are now useless and lasted **year. This is not acceptable and if you look at the reviews on your*website, you will notice that several customers have complained about*this shinkage issue. This points to a defective product (these*curtains are not washable) and I would like to request a full refund.*I look very much forward hearing from you.

GetHuman-celineh did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
