Hello,**I received an order from IKEA a week ago and one of the items, a SKADIS pegboard, was missing. I sent two email requests about it last Saturday and have not received a response from IKEA, despite it having been over five days since the email was sent. The delivery men who dropped off the items did not give me any sort of invoice on the notion that I had received it through email already, which was not the case* they also had me sign for everything before being able to check if everything was shipped. The order placecard that came with the order stated that I had received ** pieces, which was not correct* I didn't even order ** pieces total.**My order number is *********-***-*.**Additionally, I have a few items I wish to return or, ideally, exchange. If I could get everything shipped together and set up a pickup for the items I no longer need that would be ideal.**Best,*David
