You need to call me. *** *** ****. I have waited on hold to speak with you about the missing items in my delivery last week (which I have emailed about multiple times) and waited on the phone line for over * hours with week (currently going on ** minutes as I type) to resolve this issue with NO FOLLOW UP whatsoever from you. **I placed this online order, *********, on July * **** for delivery (much later than I wanted) July ** ****. A week has passed. That night, when * of my items did not arrive, I called XPO (let me tell you about that later...nightmare...or just read any of my other messages....) and filled out your online missing delivery form. I have done that twice now. And I have emailed. And I have called. Multiple, multiple times at different points of the day.**Your delivery company has informed me that you need to resend this order. The amount of labor I have now put into getting what I paid for is not okay. And I have heard absolutely nothing from you in the process.**I need what I paid for, I need to be refunded, and I need store credit. I have wasted several hours on the line with your incompetent shipping company. XPO. And I have wasted several hours with you. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
