This is Ruth Carr, **** Seven Springs Road, Apt. A-***, Raymond, Mississippi, U.S.A. Order number ***-*******-******* Ordered and received item IKEA ***.***.** ALEX *-drawer cabinet. We put most of the cabinet together - then found that our supplies are missing * of the ******* screws used in the drawers.*I would like this problem remedied by IKEA sending me four screws ******* as soon as possible to replace the ones missing in this order. The product cannot be used without these screws. Also please let me know how soon you will send these screws. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you very much. Please let me know that you have received this notice and when you will send the screws.
