We responded to the IRS by using a faxing app on December **th, ****. We had received a CP**** Notice and needed to respond back to the IRS in a timely way. Apparently the IRS is saying they didn’t receive our faxed response and now want to take us to court. We can prove that we faxed it. We would like the IRS to check their records again. We’d be happy to re-fax the forms we filled out and signed. This is a misunderstanding and not our fault. We did the right thing. To be formal, we would like the IRS to let us fax the response to them again since they apparently are not in receipt of our fax.*David R. Tyrell *** ** *****Suzanne G. Tyrell *** ** ****
