I used this awesome blog post to actually get through (I did stay on hold for about ***** minutes), but was able to speak with a human who took a close look at my accounts. She noticed that some of my payments had posted in the wrong area which means that I actually AM paid in full. She had an issue that she needed to speak with a supervisor about and put me on hold. When she put me on hold, she actually hung up on me. However, she mentioned that if that were to happen, she was going to take extremely detailed notes and I could ask the next person to reference them. I was also sure to write down her agent number so I will have that to reference the next time.
