My online account has been disabled because I had to re-verify information......after alllllllll of this time?????? I was being asked for the last * numbers of any credit card. When the system was trying to established my identity, my online capability was disabled. It says wait ** hours and then try again. It's been three ** hours. I can't get in touch with anyone on the phone. When I do, I am given the wrong information. I need my account re-established. How do I do this????
