Good Afternoon, I filed my Taxes through H&R Block and as I was in the process of putting my deduction information in which it happened to be the first questions, in the middle of it, it automatically signed me off and sent me an email stating my taxes was filed. I never got to put my w-* information or anything else needed I was confused and contacted H&R block they told me they can see the issue and that my best option was to wait for your response which they assure me it would be denied and then ask to refile, I received an email today saying it was approve and to top it off my manager sent us all an email saying not to file our taxes yet that she had gave us the wrong W-*. I need assistance please. My taxes was not filed properly Thank You! my email is *****@***.com and Phone * ***-*******
