For any tax issues you may have then you will need to call in. You can call customer support at the IRS using 800-829-1040. Once you call press 1 for English then wait for the recording to end. Press 2 then 1 then 3 then 2. The recording will then ask for your social security number you can just press 0# it will ask again then press 0# and finally press 2 once it asks you a question. You will be told your wait time and a representative will pick up to help you.

I rec'd letters from IRS stating that I had til Nov * To pay my taxs due to default in agreement. I contacted IRS and spoke to an agent and having discussed the situation, he said the first thing that needs done is filing my **** taxes which had not been filed due to some personal problems. He said that he would over ride the Nov. * deadline and ask me to file the taxes by Nov. ** and we would then discuss a new arrangement. I live in Illinois and have been working in Kentucky. I just returned to Illinois and called my H & R Block agent of several years to get the **** taxes filed and find that she is taken a new position outside of Blocks company. The person I talked to said they did not have a contact number for her which I find rather odd. I guess what I am getting to is I really need ** more days to get this issue taken care of. I am pretty sure regardless what she is doing she will do my taxes if I can locate her. I hate to change agents because she knows me and my passed filings. Please allow me the extra time. Also, the IRS agent I spoke with gave me an address to send my return to which was not your ordinary mailing location. I do know it was in Cincinnati please locate the note from that conversation and email me that address. Anxiously awaiting your response. Thank You.*Timothy L Schmitz SS* *** ** ****
