My refund was mailed in ***. My refund check was suppose to be deposited onto my emerald card, however, it was not. My refund check was then mailed to my PO box on ***, however, I never received it. So, I asked for a replacement to be sent out. So, the IRS tracked the check on *** it's been a month and no contact from the IRS to say if the checkbwas cashed illegally or sent to the PO Box again. I need to know what's going on. I'm moving out of state permanently this week and need this simple issue resolved immediately. This doesn't take months to figure out. Plus, I have direct deposit just direct deposit my refund in my bank account like you have done every year.
