I am no longer able to receive our updated return status on where'smyrefund IRS.gov website or on the mobile app. When I enter our personal specific information from our **** return filled *********, the system kicks us out saying we've entered the wrong information. But it's the same information that has been working on both platforms every day for two weeks, so what's the change on the IRS's side? Thank you, Anna

The IRS representative said the system has been glitchy lately, and that she cannot give me any updates whatsoever until it has been at least ** days since I filed. Get human did a perfect job of connecting me without having to wait on hold.
