I-Pass Illinois Customer FAQ

If you've damaged your I-Pass sticker, you can request a new one. Please log into your I-Pass account online to make the replacement request. There might be a fee for the replacement. Once requested, it will be mailed to your registered address with installation instructions. Please ensure to place the new sticker according to the instructions to avoid any further issues. Replace the old damaged sticker only when you receive the new one to avoid gaps in the toll payment.

You don’t necessarily need to place the I-PASS transponder exactly above the rearview mirror. It can be placed anywhere in the center section of your windshield, behind the rearview mirror, to communicate with the toll plaza equipment. It can be placed closer to the mirror, lower or even to the side, as long as there's no metal blocking its signal. The key is to ensure its top side is facing up and front side is facing the windshield. The gray box near the mirror, often related to features like rain sensing wipers or light-sensing headlights, should not interfere with your I-PASS' functionality.

You can change your credit card information for I-Pass Illinois through their online system. First, log in to your account on the I-Pass website using your account number and PIN. Then, go to the "Payment options" section of your account and locate the "Credit card" option. From there, you can update your credit card information. Please ensure to save these changes before exiting the screen. For security reasons, remember to never share your credit card details with anyone.
