I was billed on my I PASS when it was stored in our luggage. We used my husband's IPASS on ********** instead of mine because my transponder was expired. His IPASS account was billed as well as mine. We planned to get a new one while in Wheaton. I tried to get a new one while there but the Jewel*Osco service rep. said I needed to have a letter. I have not received a letter. I would like all toll charges from ********** to be refunded. My account number is*********.
