I bought a Husqvarna *** rancher chainsaw from Amazon. It was delivered in a timely way, well packaged. Following instructions, I put it together and find that it works beautifully. My complaint is that the on*off switch does not turn the chainsaw off. Everything else seems to work properly. I have been able to turn off the chainsaw off by opening up the choke. How can we take care of this problem? Do I need to ship the chainsaw back to Amazon? Should I take it to a dealer for evaluation and repair if needed? If so, I think you would agree there should be no charge to me for either of these options. I definitely want this chainsaw model, just want everything to work.
