I have a bill from Humana for Medicare prescription coverage that I have a question about. I need a replacement card so I don't have my Human ID number, only my account number. I am currently outside of the USA for * months and have been trying to reach Human calling your phone number which I am being billed for. The phone recording loop keeps asking for my Humana ID number and when I put the account number in, it does not accept it and then transfers me to another number that is not accessible from outside the United States so I am in a loop again and again. Please can someone call me or email me so I can get this resolved?**Thank you, *Sincerely,*John T. Morse
