Hi! I thought I had cancelled over the phone with a rep * months ago but apparently not. When I realized I was still being charged a week or so ago, I went to cancel again online. It offered me a month free - I figured I’d try to make up for paying for, but not using, the service for * months so I clicked yes, but it didn’t appear to go through. Rather than fight with the site, I went back and cancelled outright. When I went to confirm in my account, to my pleasant surprise, it appeared the free month added on. My subscription was set to end mid October.**However, when I logged in today, the subscription was cancelled**. I’m done playing with the site, trying to get it to work correctly. Would I be able to get a refund for any of the time that I did not use the service?
