I am reaching out to House of Fraser to request a new working Voucher Code to successfully complete my Order and redeem the £25.00 value on my Voucher. Despite numerous attempts, the current Voucher Card No. [redacted][redacted] is not being recognized and I am unable to redeem it. The Voucher is set to expire on 09th January [redacted], so I urgently require assistance from House of Fraser to resolve this issue promptly. Please provide guidance on the next steps to take. I placed an order for a DKNY stretch puffa jacket in Thistle on Friday, January 3rd. The jacket cost £[redacted] plus £4.99 for shipping. I received an order acknowledgment but have not yet received the confirmation email or the dispatch notification, so I don't have an order number. The delivery is scheduled for tomorrow, January 8th, and the payment has been deducted from my bank account. I hope to receive confirmation of the order soon. Living in a rural area has caused delivery issues in the past, especially during the busy Christmas period, and I am unable to track the shipment. Thank you, Olwen Williams.

I am incredibly disappointed after my recent experience with a holiday purchase. I ordered the rose gold ghd set for £[redacted] with a £5 delivery charge over a week ago. The payment was deducted from my bank account, and I received an email confirming my order. However, a few days ago, I received another email stating that the item is out of stock. I am still waiting for the refund to reflect in my account, which prevented me from purchasing it elsewhere, missing out on other discount offers. I am frustrated that the company accepted the order without having the product available. I have tried contacting them through multiple emails, but I have not received any responses. The lack of communication and service is truly disappointing.

Hello, I have sent five messages using the contact form but have not received any replies. On December 17th, I placed an order for pay and collect. I am still waiting for the order to be fulfilled or at least for some communication from your side regarding this matter. Despite my attempts, I have not heard anything and am starting to lose hope of ever receiving any updates. I have also diligently checked my junk email folder just in case your correspondence ended up there accidentally. I placed an order on Boxing Day and received it on January 2nd, [redacted]. I tried on the Ottoman jacket but the arm length was too short. I returned the item on January 4th. However, since then, I haven't received a refund or any confirmation email. I contacted Royal Mail, and they suggested I reach out to you as you should have received the return by now. I would appreciate an email or call as I am feeling a bit concerned. This is my first time ordering online from House of Fraser, and my return experience has not been great so far. I purchased a Muddy Fox bike which was supposed to arrive by 13/1/[redacted] but was delayed until 15/1/[redacted]. When it finally came, it was green instead of pink as ordered. As I began assembling it, I discovered that the front forks do not fit the wheel; they are too narrow. This is very disappointing, especially for my 7-year-old daughter, who was looking forward to her birthday gift. I've assembled many bikes before, so I know it's not just an assembly problem. I purchased a shirt from your store and paid for expedited delivery for an urgent meeting. However, the shirt did not arrive on time as they couldn't locate my address. I tried to contact customer service but only reached automated systems. I had to buy a shirt elsewhere, making me late and unprepared for my meeting. The next day, I received a text saying the shirt was delivered, but it wasn't at my house, and someone signed for it. I am frustrated, feeling like a victim of fraud. I recently purchased Pravda sunglasses from this store and needed them adjusted for size. The manager suggested I travel from Bournemouth to Southampton at my own expense for a minor adjustment, without providing any contact details of the head office. His behavior was unacceptable; he rudely shouted at me as I left. This treatment is not what I expected after spending a significant amount on these sunglasses. The shop assistant also lacked English skills and was rude. I am disappointed by the poor customer service and unprofessionalism displayed. It's no wonder this store may be shutting down.

Good afternoon, I would like to bring to your attention the tracking number above provided by Hermes delivery services. Hermes claims that my package was delivered to a neighbor at number 18 and signed for by someone named Sandra. However, I have checked with all my neighbors, and no one has received my order. There is no one by the name of Sandra in my neighborhood, and I find it concerning that someone unknown signed for an order worth over £[redacted]. I believe it is unacceptable for Hermes, given their poor reputation, to allow such discrepancies. I urgently need this situation resolved. I made a purchase on Friday at 10:45 and selected next day delivery for two items, which were meant for a birthday gift. I used order number HOF [redacted][redacted]. However, the order did not arrive on Saturday as expected. I got a text message yesterday, and I had to come back home for the delivery. Since the next day delivery service I paid for was not fulfilled, I am requesting a refund. I also believed there would be no charge for orders over £50. I have previously sent an email regarding this issue and only received an automated response asking me to track my order.

Hello, I have a problem. Two years ago, I received a lump sum from an accident fund. My husband inherited his mother's house, and I wanted to buy a house for myself. However, he suggested we stay in his mother's house and fix it up. I even built a separate entrance because his mother wanted to live outside the main house. I used my money to pay off the remaining balance on the bond and renovate the house. I feel like they have taken advantage of me because now I want my money back, but they are reluctant to give it back. What should I do to retrieve my money from the house so I can find a place for my three kids?

This one doesn't include any images of the items I purchased, and it's missing the logo and tracking information. I received an email from House of Fraser confirming my successful online registration. I clicked on the 'Shop for Men' link, which took me to their website. While adding items to my bag, I faced an issue during checkout that required me to sign in again. Despite using the correct email and password, I couldn't sign in. I've tried contacting their Customer Services multiple times as suggested on their help pages but haven't had any success. The web chat wasn't working, and I couldn't find a customer service phone number on their website. It's frustrating not being able to access my account, and I hope House of Fraser can address this promptly to keep me as a customer.

I am disappointed with the handling of my return at Lakeside. When I tried to exchange an Adrianna Papell dress, I was informed that it was out of stock. They offered a voucher for store credit instead. Upon returning home, I realized the information was incorrect, so I reordered the same dress in a smaller size, which now fits well. I am now seeking a full refund, including the postage fees that I had to pay twice due to the store's staff mistakes.

This morning, on the 2nd of April, I spoke with Arrow XL and they informed me that my order is marked as 'awaiting stock' from House of Fraser. This is different from what I was previously told via email by House of Fraser on the 20th of March, where I was informed that the courier had picked up my order. They suggested that I follow up with House of Fraser about the order status and its delivery timeline. I am frustrated because I received conflicting information from both House of Fraser and Arrow XL. I placed the order on the 17th of March, and it is now the 2nd of April, which is 16 days later, and I have yet to receive the order. I understand that delivery delays happen, but I am mainly annoyed by the lack of clear and consistent communication.
