Good Morning**I have been trying to contact House of Fraser by email, through the post, through Resolver and by telephone but no success - below is a copy of my letter sent to them on ** January which explains the problem. Can you help please.**Kind regards*Errol J Pedersen*** *** January ***** *Customer Services*House of Fraser *Glasgow* *Dear Sir* *I have emailed but not received a response or acknowledgement and I have also filled out a request via the Resolved section of your website. However, time is short and I believe it may be more beneficial if I wrote as well. I would really appreciate a speedy response and resolution.* *I, as you will see from the address, live in New Zealand. Before visiting the UK last year I purchased vouchers for House of Fraser via the Emirates on line shop, however, to our great disappointment vouchers were not being honoured when we arrived in the UK. Since returning to NZ I have received replacement vouchers which expire at the end of this month, I have registered with you on line, chosen my purchases and proceeded to checkout but I cannot access the International Delivery section, it is 'disabled' according to the website. What can I do? There should be sufficient funds on the vouchers to cover all costs.
