The issue in GetHuman-beebsbun's own words
I booked a hotel room and when we drove to the hotel to check in the employee told us (very rudely) that it was booked for the following day. He was not helpful at all and was raising his voice saying “I don’t help. I don’t help.” After asking for a refund and if he had a room for the night he continued to say that he wouldn’t help. I believe I deserve a refund for this bad service and the fact that I booked the hotel for that night and when I got there he said it was for the following night.
GetHuman-beebsbun did not yet indicate what Hotwire should do to make this right.
