Help with my Hotwire issue
I was charged on two different cards because the hotel said that I could not use the card that i put online. So the card I put on the reservation got charged and the one that the hotel swiped. I would like to have the card from the reservation refunded
I trust that Hotwire will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
